Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns for items that are no longer wanted (not defective) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Limited drops, event sold items, clearance items, custom items, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Event purchases (onboard or otherwise)

  • Bundled goods such as Starter Packs, FOMO Packs, and Sale Packs

How to Start a Return

Email merch@whettravel.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank/credit card provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, email CaptainSupport@whettravel.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once received.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or VAT fees incurred when the product arrives in their country.
